Remark: Each fish entering the competion must be measured then put into tank upon confirmation. Judges keep the right to make final decision in terms of fish body size within 10% range.

Rules
Participants must abide by the following rules. Participants found violating any of the rules will be disqualified.
 
Participants must fill in their details in the competition application form together with full payment. Closing date for entries is 27 May 2019. Late entries and on site registration will not be accepted. A Confirmation Slip must be presented upon benching in.
 
In the event of overwhelming response, entries will be accepted based on a selection process by the Organiser. Successful and unsuccessful applications will be notified within 3 weeks of the closing date.
 
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or re-categorise any category in the event of insuficient entries. In such cases, participants will be notified accordingly.
 
The Open class is strictly for fish which do not belong to the other classes within that category. Failure to place the fish in the right class will result in immediate disqualification. Participants who are unsure about the right classification of their fish should contact the Organiser for clarification with an accompanying clear photograph. All clarifications have to be made prior to the submission of entries.
 
Fish will be disqualied immediately if any of the following is observed: A) Deformed body B) Damaged fins C) Injured body D) Unhealthy looking fish E) Entry of fish in the wrong category or class F) Sick fish G) After artificial pruning, shaping, tattoo, colour.
 
Once the livestock is accepted and displayed in the exhibition, participants are not allowed to remove any fish or shrimp from the tanks.
 
Competition equipment must be entered the competition venue on 30 May 2019. Competition livestock must be entered the competition venue on 30 May 2019 before 5.00pm.
 
Participants have to maintain the tanks and equipment in good condition during benching in and benching out. A penalty will be imposed for damages.
 
The Organiser shall engage competent contractors to look after the welfare of the fish for the duration of the exhibition. However, the Organiser shall not be held responsible for the loss or mortality of the livestock, or damage to equipment due to natural causes or any unforeseen circumstances.
 
For the period of the competition, dead specimens will be removed immediately.
 
Judging will take place on 31 May 2019 between 9.30am5.00pm. No participants are allowed to enter the hall during judging.
 
Reputable local and foreign judges have been invited to judge the competition. The decision of the judges is final and no disputes will be entertained.
 
Participants are not allowed to remove livestock or equipment from the tank until the last day of the competition, i.e. during benching out. All participants are to collect their livestock and equipment on 2 Jun 2019 between 6.00pm and 10.00pm. Competition livestock and equipment which are not collected after the specific date and time shall be dealt with at Organisers discretion.
 
In the event that the Competition is postponed, shortened or extended due to any cause whatsoever beyond the control of the Organiser, the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss sustained by the participant, directly or indirectly, attributed to the elements of nature, force majeure or orders and directives imposed by any government authority.
 
Each entry will be provided with a tank, aeration and filter.
 
All entries must consist of legal specimens certified by the authority of the country of origin. Overseas entries must meet the import/export requirements set by CITES.
 
The Organiser shall arrange for an official photographer during the competition. The Organiser reserves the right to all photographs taken during the competition and exhibition period and their subsequent use for publications or otherwise.
 
By entering this competition you certify that: A) all details provided with your entry are true and accurate; B) you are the owner of all livestock; C) The exercise of the rights granted to VNU Exhibition Asia in these Rules will not infringe the rights of any third parties; further, you will fully indemnify VNU Exhibition Asia against any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense whatsoever resulting from any breach of these warranties.
 
All participants admitted to the competition are admitted as such oncondition that they abide by the Visitors Rules and Regulations set by the Organiser and the Rules and Regulations set by the Exhibition Centre, copies of which are obtainable on request. http://www.aquarama.com.cn
 
Participating, exhibitors should conduct regular, civilized and harmonious move, in line with the exchange of improve, and jointly promote the development of the principle of the industry to participate in the competition. The organizing committee is the only person who has the right to interpret the rules of the competition.
