Where are my tickets?
We always strive to get your paper tickets to you on time and our record is very good. However, sometimes it just isn’t possible for various reasons, like traffic, bad weather, flash floods, alien invasions, meteor strikes or sinkholes. If you haven’t received your tickets on the day/time you requested get in touch with our customer service team here and they will do everything they can to get the tickets to you at a time that suits you.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is an option unless the event is e-ticket only – if it’s not an option get in touch with our customer service team here and they will organise cash on delivery if possible.

How else can I pay?
We take all types of online payment, including UnionPay, WeChat Pay, AliPay, International Cards and PayPal.

If the event is cancelled, will I get a refund?
Of course! You will receive a full refund within one week of the events cancellation. See more about refunds here

I’ve already bought tickets but now I can’t go to the event, can I have a refund?
We’re an agency, so we sell tickets on behalf of venues and event organisers, therefore we must adhere to their refund policies. Some event organisers may be more lenient than others but the vast majority do not offer refunds unless their event is cancelled.

I am planning an event/conference/group trip, can I sell tickets on your platform?

I want to advertise on your website please!
Sure, we don’t have many advertising spaces as we hate websites that get cluttered with banner ads. However, we do have prime spaces and will work with advertisers that we think our customers will be interested in. Contact us for more information
