Staatskapelle Dresden is a German orchestra based in Dresden. Founded in 1548 by Maurice, Elector of Saxony, it is one of the world's oldest orchestras.

Alan Gilbert (born February 23, 1967) is an American conductor and violinist. He was most recently music director of the New York Philharmonic, and is the scheduled chief conductor-designate of the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra.

Li Yundi is a Chinese classical pianist. He is also popularly known as Yundi and formerly Yundi Li. Born in Chongqing, Li is most well known for being the youngest pianist to win the International Frédéric Chopin Piano Competition, in 2000, at the age of 18, and for judging it in 2015. He currently resides in Beijing.
