8. Firearms and ammunition are prohibited.
9. Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials are prohibited.
10. Pets are prohibited.
11. High-alcohol beverages are prohibited.
12. Drones are prohibited.
13. Glass items, tinned goods, food, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks are prohibited.
14. Prohibited: Carrying or using long-handled umbrellas.
15. Prohibited: Carrying inflatables (e.g., balloons, air sticks).

This performance requires real-name ticketing for admission. Tickets may not be transferred or resold. Upon entry, attendees must undergo facial recognition verification against pre-registered identity information (supported documents include: second-generation ID cards, foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan Resident Residence Permits, and Foreign Permanent Resident ID Cards). Individuals whose facial data does not match registered information will be denied entry.

To address market demands, promote fair market practices, and accommodate refund requests from patrons unfamiliar with ticketing regulations, we have established the following refund policy in accordance with real-name ticketing requirements:

I. Refund Timelines:
1. During the presale period for this performance, ticket holders may request unconditional refunds within 48 hours after payment confirmation, during the customer service platform's regular operating hours. However, the ticketing management company will charge an actual transaction fee equivalent to 0.6% of the face value. Specific presale dates are subject to official announcements on the ticketing platform.
2. Within 24 hours prior to the official ticket sales date, and during the customer service working hours of the ticketing platform, unconditional refunds may be processed. However, the ticketing sales management company will charge an actual transaction fee of 0.6% of the face value. The specific ticket release time shall be subject to the official notice published by the official ticketing platform.
3. From the official ticket sales date until 48 hours before the event ticket sales channel closes (i.e., before 12:00 PM on January 28, 2026), refunds will incur a 20% handling fee of the ticket price. Additionally, the ticketing platform will charge the transaction fee incurred during processing, i.e., “0.6% of the face value,” resulting in a total refund fee of 20.6%.
4. Refunds will cease at 12:00 PM on January 28, 2026.

II. Transaction fees incurred by the ticketing management company during processing, equivalent to 0.6% of the face value, shall be borne by the refund applicant.
III. [Explanation and Risk Notice Regarding “Seat Distribution” and "Seats with Restricted Viewing"]
1. Seat zones corresponding to each ticket price tier for this performance shall be referenced from the seating charts published by respective ticketing platforms.
2. Due to the design of certain performance segments, stage/sound effects, and non-fixed performer positions, limited and temporary “visual impairment or partial obstruction” may occur at any seat. This constitutes a normal and common occurrence. To ensure performance quality and audience experience, we hereby provide this special notice. By completing a ticket purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the risk of potential “limited or partially obstructed views.”
3. Seats explicitly marked as “Poor View,” “Potentially Limited View,” or similar descriptions may have obstructed views across the entire stage area. Please exercise caution when purchasing these seats.
IV. Should an audience member require a refund due to “force majeure,” a full refund will be granted upon presentation of relevant proof, exempt from the above restrictions.
V. To prevent malicious ticket purchases and refunds that disrupt the normal operation of large-scale events, the same purchaser or account that has processed one refund will no longer be eligible for refunds upon subsequent purchases for the same event.
VI. Rules for Handling Duplicate Orders Across Multiple Platforms:
1. This performance requires real-name verification for admission. Each valid ID may only be used to purchase one ticket for this performance. Consumers may not use the same ID to purchase duplicate tickets for this performance through different channels.
2. Based on the above provisions, please acknowledge, accept, and agree that if you purchase tickets for this performance using the same identification document across different ticketing channels, resulting in duplicate attendees between your order on this platform and orders on other platforms, this platform reserves the right to cancel your entire ticket order for this performance upon discovery.
VII. The organizer reserves the final right of interpretation regarding all rules related to ticket refunds within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.
