1. Flags, flagpoles, and selfie sticks (including any telescopic flags or flagpoles) are prohibited.
2. Banners and placards are prohibited.
3. Light-up signs, illuminated banners, and similar support items are prohibited.
4. Laser pointers and projection equipment are prohibited.
5. Lighters are prohibited.
6. Cold fireworks are prohibited.
7. Restricted knives are prohibited.
8. Firearms and ammunition are prohibited.
9. Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials are prohibited.
10. Pets are prohibited.
11. High-alcohol beverages are prohibited.
12. Drones are prohibited.
13. Glass items, tinned goods, food, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks are prohibited.
14. Prohibited: Carrying or using long-handled umbrellas.
15. Prohibited: Carrying inflatables (e.g., balloons, air sticks).

I. This performance implements real-name ticketing and real-name admission. Once purchased, ticket holder information cannot be altered. Tickets are non-transferable and non-resaleable. Strict enforcement of one ticket per valid ID applies; each ID may purchase only one ticket per performance. Attendees must present the original valid ID document matching the one used during ticket purchase for verification and security screening. During ticket verification, facial recognition will be conducted against the ID document and the ticket order information. Entry will only be granted after all information matches. Seating is assigned by ticket number; attempts to use another person's ID document will result in denied entry.
II. Manual verification lanes are designated for foreign passport holders. Audience members purchasing tickets with foreign passports must present their original passport for strict manual verification at these lanes to gain entry. Entry will be denied if verification fails.
III. Minors without ID cards must present their original household registration book for verification upon entry.
IV. Attendees shall bear sole responsibility for entry denial resulting from inaccurate information provided during ticket purchase or any mismatch with the above requirements. Neither the organizer nor the ticketing platform shall be held liable.
V. Recognizing that attendees may be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer offers a refund process for tickets purchased for this performance. Specific rules and timelines are as follows:

VI. Handling of Duplicate Orders Across Platforms: The same “real-name registered attendee” must not purchase tickets repeatedly on multiple official ticketing platforms. If duplicate orders occur, the ticket information from the primary ticketing agent shall prevail, and tickets purchased through other platforms will be refunded. Any losses incurred by the purchaser or attendee due to personal duplicate actions—including refund processing fees, expired non-refundable tickets, or denied entry—shall be borne solely by the purchaser and attendee.
VII. To prevent malicious ticket purchases and refunds that disrupt major events, all refunds must be processed as full order cancellations (i.e., multiple tickets under one order number cannot be refunded individually; only full order cancellations are permitted). Furthermore, after one refund is processed, the same purchaser or purchasing account will no longer be eligible for refunds on subsequent tickets purchased for the same event.
VIII. Based on venue setup progress, additional ticket sales rounds may be added before the event (if no additional seating areas become available or no returned tickets are recovered, no further rounds will be added). Sales rounds added closer to the event date typically include seats on the left and right sides of the stage, seats behind the control console on both sides, and a limited number of returned tickets. Please carefully review the official seating chart to confirm your acceptable seat location before purchasing.
IX. “Minor Audience Members” must obtain prior consent from their legal guardian before purchasing tickets. Once an order is successfully generated and payment completed, it is deemed authorized by the “legal guardian,” who assumes all related responsibilities. Refund requests based on grounds such as “minor” purchasing without guardian consent will not be honored.
X. Performance and Ticketing Reminders:
1) Regarding “Seat Distribution” and “Visually Impaired Seats”: Performers move dynamically for artistic expression and audience interaction rather than maintaining fixed positions. Due to unpredictable factors including program design, safety requirements for lighting/sound installations, and venue constraints, limited areas may experience “partially obstructed or visually impaired” views. This special notice is provided to inform ticket holders that successful purchase of tickets signifies acknowledgment and acceptance of the risk of potential “poor visibility or partial obstruction.”
2) To ensure public safety and protect lives and property, comprehensive security inspections and explosive detection procedures will be conducted at the venue prior to the performance. Consequently, ticket verification and entry times may be adjusted accordingly. All audience members, performers, staff, vehicles, and belongings must undergo security screening before admission. Please carefully review the security check guidelines before entry. Items prohibited or restricted must be properly disposed of or stored before admission. Individuals violating security regulations who fail to comply with warnings may be denied entry.
XI. Regarding ticket refund policies, the organizer reserves the final right of interpretation within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.
