Kaspsyzk is one of Poland's most authoritative conductors, having served as Artistic Director of the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra, Artistic Director of the Philharmonic Orchestra of the National Forum Music Hall (NFM) in Wroclaw, Music Director of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, Music Director of the Polish National Opera, and Principal Conductor and Musical Advisor to the North Symphony Orchestra in the Netherlands. He is also Principal Conductor of the Beethoven Academy Orchestra in Krakow, Poland, and was appointed Principal Guest Conductor and Musical Advisor of the Poznań Opera in Poland last season. After winning the Karajan Conducting Competition in Berlin, Germany, he has conducted major symphony orchestras around the world, such as the Berliner Philharmoniker, the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre de Paris, the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, and many others. He has also led the European Chamber Orchestra to tour Australia. He has also performed with the major orchestras in London, the BBC Symphony Orchestra (including the BBC Proms), the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, the English Hallé Orchestra, the Ulster Orchestra of Northern Ireland, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Liverpool. He has also led the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra on major tours of Europe and Asia, and recently visited the United States with the same orchestra to rave reviews.

Chinese pianist Chen Sa, hailed by the BBC as "one of the most charismatic pianists of today", is the only Chinese to have won prizes at the Leeds, Chopin and Van Cliburn International Piano Competitions, and is the recipient of the Polish government's "Passport to the Art of Chopin". She is also the only Chinese who has won prizes at the Leeds, Chopin and Van Cliburn International Piano Competitions, the recipient of the "Chopin Art Passport" issued by the Polish government, and the youngest member of the jury of the Chopin International Competition of Poland 2021. More and more audiences are falling in love with Chen Sa's voice. Her playing has been praised by the music world as "soft as water and powerful as a mountain"; "letting you feel the beauty and at the same time displaying a passion like an underground volcano". She has been invited to perform with world-renowned orchestras, including the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, Japan's NHK Symphony Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, London Philharmonic Orchestra, French Radio Symphony Orchestra, Germany's Radio Symphony Orchestra of Cologne West Germany, and Italy's Orchestra of St. Cecilia, to name but a few. WARSAW PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA
The Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra of Poland gave its inaugural concert on 5 November 1901 in the newly built Philharmonic Hall under the baton of one of the orchestra's founders - the orchestra's first music director and chief conductor - Emil Mwynarski, and the guest soloist was Ignaz Jan Paderewski. Before the First World War and during the inter-war years, the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra was the centre of the country's musical life and a leader in the European music scene. Today, the Warsaw Philharmonic is a world-renowned and highly acclaimed orchestra. The orchestra has toured more than 150 times on five continents and has appeared frequently in the world's major concert halls, and regularly participates in the Chopin International Piano Competition in Warsaw, as well as in the Warsaw Autumn International Festival, which focuses on contemporary music. The orchestra also makes recordings for the Polish National Radio and Television (TVP) and cooperates with record and film companies in Poland and other countries. The orchestra has also won numerous prestigious awards, such as the 2013 Grammy Award (and six Grammy nominations) for its recording of large-scale vocal and instrumental works composed by Penderecki and Szymanowski. Other awards include the Golden Fork Award in France, the ICMA International Classical Music Award, the Gramophone Award in the UK, the Japan Recording Arts Award, the Internet Classical Music Award, the Cannes Classical Music Award in France, and the Frédéric Prize awarded by the Polish Academy of Gramophone. Since 2016, the orchestra also regularly streams selected concerts online.
