Ukrainian Combat Hopak - a martial art originating in Ukraine in the 1600s, Ukrainian soldiers created a type of fighting that is both protective and aggressive. In Ukraine, Hopak combats as a cultural treasure every year there are more than 50 different organizers of sports competitions held throughout the country, and it is a national sport.

The self-defence course of Ukrainian Combat "HOPAK" system includes:

1. close combat
2. combat in a small enclosed space
3. protect the sharp objects (daggers, etc.), and handle them safely to prevent them from being attacked by sharp objects
