During this 3.5-hour family-style cooking class, you will learn how to make tasty Chinese soup dumplings in 3 different colors. Dumplings will be stuffed in different fillings. All nature and fresh ingredients are well selected by your Chef. Free home-made wine and tea tasting are also inclusive in the class.

Our class starts at 10 am on every Monday. Meet your Chef at French Concession area in the morning, and start your 3-colored soup dumplings cooking class form the most traditional ones with regular white dough and pork filling. After you get more hands on, you will be making the orange one with the chicken filling. The last one is the green dumpling with squash and shrimp fillings. All color are from nature vegetable, nothing artificial.

During the cooking process, you need to knead the dough and prepare the ingredients all by yourself.
