He has successively studied with Chinese conductor Professor Huang Xiaotong, Piano Professor Wang Qinghua, German conductor Gerhard Samuel, British conductor Christopher Zimmerman and Piano Master Abbey Simon, and received the guidance of Franz Krager, Lorin mazzel, Neville Marriner, Gustav Meyer, Larry Rachleff and other masters. After graduating from Shanghai Conservatory of music, he has successively served as the resident conductor of Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, the assistant conductor of Texas Borma Symphony Orchestra, the conductor assistant of Cincinnati Conservatory of music and the Symphony Orchestra of the University of Houston. He has been the conductor of Guangzhou Xinghai Conservatory of music since 2006 and the conductor of Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra since 2009.
