Prohibited Items
To ensure safety and a great experience for all attendees, the following are strictly not allowed into the venue:
- Pets and dangerous items, including:
Firearms, knives, slingshots, crossbows, and other controlled weapons
Lighters, cold fireworks, firecrackers, smoke bombs, and other flammable or explosive materials
- Bulky or disruptive items, such as:
Tents, folding chairs, inflatable sofas, picnic mats, and large luggage (exceeding 55×35cm)
Flagpoles, banners, LED signs, laser pointers
Photography equipment that may disrupt the viewing experience, including tripods, selfie sticks, ring lights, drones
Outside food and drinks, including alcohol, are strictly prohibited.
Refund Policy
Full refund: Requests made before October 10
70% refund: Requests made between October 10 – 13 (inclusive)
50% refund: Requests made between October 14 – 16 (inclusive)
No refund: Requests made after 00:00 on October 17
Important Notes:
Refund requests must be submitted via the official ticketing platform. Late requests will not be accepted.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Real-name ticketing: Entry requires the ID used when purchasing the ticket (e.g. Chinese ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan residents, residence permits, or permanent resident cards for foreigners). For IDs other than the Chinese national ID, please proceed through the manual check-in lane.
