Getting In
- Staircase 2: General ticket entry / Season ticket holder entry

Gates open 1.5 hours before tip-off. To avoid queues at security, arrive early — the busiest period is the 30 minutes before tip-off.

Important Notice
- This is a real-name ticketing event. Entry requires your valid ID and face recognition at the turnstile. Bring your original ID document.
- Attendees holding a passport, foreign permanent residence permit, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel document, and minors without a national ID, must use the assisted service lane for manual verification.
- E-tickets are valid for one entry only and become invalid once you leave the venue.
- Maximum 4 tickets per mobile number per game. Maximum 1 ticket per ID number per game.
- Children aged 6 and under (including age 6) enter free but do not occupy a seat.
- During the period from 10:07 on April 27th up to the announcement of the competing teams, refunds will be permitted subject to a 20% handling fee deducted from the total ticket price. Following the announcement of the matchups, all tickets become non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
- Match schedules and tip-off times are subject to change at the organiser's discretion.
