2. The card can be recharged repeatedly, and is non-nominal, non-lost and non-withdrawable. No interest will be paid on the deposit of the base card and the balance of funds in the card. The Company manages the balance of funds in the card in accordance with laws and regulations and relevant policies.
3. The deposit for the base card of the common card is RMB 20 per card, and the base card is refundable. The non-common card is sold according to the Company's pricing and is non-refundable.
4, the card recharge to 10 yuan as a unit, the maximum stored value of the card does not exceed 1,000 yuan.
5、 For a one-time card purchase of 10,000 yuan (including) or more, the card purchaser should use the real name and provide a valid ID. For a one-time purchase of 5,000 yuan (inclusive) or more for a unit, or 50,000 yuan (inclusive) or more for an individual, the card must be purchased by bank transfer or other non-cash means, and cash shall not be used.
6, the effective period of use of this card means that the card can be used normally within five years from the date of the previous recharge. Each recharge to extend the validity period of five years (from the date of recharge). If there is no recharge for more than five years, the card must be renewed at the Company's recharge service outlets.
7. Ordinary card can be returned at the company's designated service outlets, and return the base card deposit. The amount in the card is less than RMB 100 and the handling fee is waived and the full amount can be refunded; the amount in the card is equal to RMB 100 and shall be refunded after deducting 5% handling fee with the proof of card purchase; the amount in the card is more than RMB 100 and shall not be refunded. If the base card cannot be used or the card face or body is damaged, the card will not be refunded. Damage to the card face and body refers to the situation in which the card is damaged by carving, bending, folding, breaking, creasing, breaking, writing, pasting foreign objects, serious defacement, printing patterns, missing edges, missing corners, delamination, perforation, and softening by wet water, and so on.

9, the card malfunction, the cardholder can go to the company's designated service outlets for testing. The malfunctioning card must ensure that the card face is intact and the card number is clearly identifiable. If the card is detected as a quality problem, the card will be exchanged free of charge within 7 working days with the acceptance certificate. If it is detected to be man-made damage, the ordinary card will have to pay the replacement fee of RMB 15 per card, and the original base card will be recovered by the Company; the non-ordinary card will be executed according to the ‘Shanghai Metropolitan Tourism Card Maintenance Business Rules’. The amount in the original card will be transferred to the new card at the same value. If the cardholder loses the amount in the card and the deposit of the base card due to unauthorised alteration of the card, the cardholder shall be responsible for the loss of the amount in the card and the deposit of the base card.
10. If the cardholder requests to return the card after consumption not due to product quality problems, he/she must provide the merchant's return voucher, and the corresponding return amount will be transferred to the original card, no cash refund, and the cardholder has to pay a service fee of RMB 10 yuan per order.
11. Cardholders can check the last 10 card transactions and the amount of the card at our service outlets and self-service terminals, and the amount shown does not include the deposit of the base card. If you need to enquire about transaction records other than the last 10 transactions or print a list, you must bring your valid ID to the designated service outlets within 30 days of the transaction.
12. The use of this card in the public transport sector in the city shall be treated as a public transport card and shall comply with the relevant regulations on the use of public transport cards. When you pay with this card, you can just put the card close to the POS charging induction area. However, in the field of section and time-sharing billing (e.g. rail transport, some parking garages), the card must be swiped once when entering and exiting the station (garage), otherwise the card will be locked by the system.
