LED screens are a widely used element in live shows. To keep things interesting, we have designed our LED video wall as a moving backdrop composed of 16 giant screens. Each opening and closing of the screens showcases various performance spaces, each with its own story. One of the world's top stage design companies has crafted this complex 15-meter-high giant movable curved LED video wall, which is unique in its creativity.
The central water stage has a record capacity of 7,000 cubic meters, equivalent to that of four Olympic standard swimming pools. This is the first theater in Hainan Province with a 3-dimensional (land, aquatic, aerial) stage. State-of-the-art nano-pipe technology is applied at the bottom of the water stage, which can instantly erupt 5 kPa of high-pressured gas to form a boiling effect and cover the water surface. Dazzling lighting, smoke effects, and carefully curated water effects make up a unique stage for performance.
Located in the Dolphin Cay Theater in Atlantis Sanya, the auditorium surrounds the stage on three sides to maximize the audience’s view of the show. The semi-open theater seats up to 1,800 guests. The stage and the audience are integrated to create an immersive experience that puts the audience in the ocean world, cruising the world of Atlantis while enjoying the performance.
