With the Young Singers Project the Salzburg Festival has created a high-powered platform for the promotion of young singers, which this year can look back on ten successful years.

 

 

Alina ADAMSKI
Soprano Alina Adamski was born in Leśnica to Polish-German parents. She is currently a postgraduate student under the supervision of Krystyna Rorbach at the Łódź Academy of Music and also a member of the Opera Academy at the Warsaw National Opera, where she is studying with Eytan Pessen. She has already completed a master’s degree at the Łódź Academy of Music and also studied at the Conservatorio Francesco Venezze in Rovigo in Italy in 2013.

 

 

Carrie-Ann WILLIAMS
Soprano Carrie-Ann Williams is currently studying with Royal Academy Opera under the tutelage of Elizabeth Ritchie and Ingrid Surgenor.

 

 

Ilya KUTYUKHIN
Born in Pyatigorsk, Russia; Ilya is currently a member of the prestigious Young Singers Project at The Salzburg Festival, where he will appear in both Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk conducted by Mariss Jansons in a new production by Andreas Kriegenburg and in concert performances of Lucrezia Borgia conducted by Marco Armiliato.

 

 

 

 

Italo-Brazilian vocal coach Alfredo Abbati started studying piano with Daniel de Matos in Sao Paulo. He received his master degree at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris with highest honours under the guidance of Erika Guiomar.
