A journey of taste that takes guests through a delicious menu featuring Dim Sum from Puben’s signature collection and selection of other creative dishes, the new Dim Sum & Then Some – Weekend Brunch, will be a destination for those looking to learn the Art of Dim Sum demonstrated alongside fabulous tea cocktails and springtime South Bund views, great for foodies and families alike. Priced at RMB198 per person for starters, dim sum, mains and dessert (children aged 8 and below free), indulge with option of limitless drinks & juices from 11.30am – 2.30pm. There is also a dedicated Kiddie Dim Sum menu for a bit of fun!
 
 
The Dim Sum & Then Some brunch experience starts with cold appetisers duo of Baby Lettuce Shoot Fungus Salad with Yunnan Termite Mushrooms and Sour Plum & Sweet Vinegar Cherry Tomatoes, great light choices to kick off the weekend brunch session.
 
The next leg on the journey invites guests to a Dim Sum Degustation featuring the famous parcels of deliciousness known as Dim Sum. Served on an individual platter, the Dim Sum Collection includes a trio of Classic Shanghai ‘Xiao Long Bao’, Wild Fungus and Black Truffle Paste and Asparagus Crystal Shrimp XO Sauce dumplings. Also featured is twist on the classic Turnip Cake ‘Lor Bak Go’ steamed in ‘home style’. A Puben specialty, the insta-worthy, Signature Black Gold Egg Custard Bun that made waves for its striking black bun, edible gold brush marks and delicious duck yolk centre, is also part of the Dim Sum brunch experience.
 
 
 
Continuing the Dim Sum & Then Some experience, are main dishes updated according to change of season. This March, brunchers are invited to choose between a choice of Green Lobster served two ways. First, as a Green Lobster Consommé served with a duo of crisp and steamed rice, or Wokbaked Green Lobster served with cheese and supreme stock E-fu noodles. 

As a sweet finale, guests are served a show-stopper, Lemongrass, Peach and Aloe Vera Jelly dessert, served in a theatrical bowl billowing with smoke. This signature Puben dish is great for an exciting end-of-brunch photo op, a perfect last stop on the food portion of the journey.

For family brunchers, a selection of Kiddie Dim Sum is also available featuring a cute bite-sized selection of animated dumplings and treats, sure to keep little one entertained. Served complimentary to children aged 8 and under.
 
 
Limitless Tea Cocktails, Wine & More A complement to the Dim Sum & Then Some - Weekend Brunch is the wonderful selection of tea cocktails.
 
Available as part of a 2-hour free-flow offer priced at RMB 128 per person, with option to splash out for an additional RMB 60 with sparkling Chandon wine. Tea cocktails include Emperor’s Cup – Light Long Jing infused vodka mixed with fresh lime & sweet osmanthus, Summers in Wuyi – Smoky LapSang SouChong infused vodka, shaken with pineapple, coconut & fresh lemon and Pu’er the Tea – Bitter Pu’er infused whisky stirred and strained with Campari, served in a traditional Chinese bowl.
 
For those looking for a more fruity fresh experience, for RMB 88, guests can enjoy 2 hours of free-flow fresh juices, soft drinks, Chinese tea and tea mocktails such as the Sichuan Mojito Tea – Jasmine tea served with fresh mint, lemongrass and Sichuan chillies, with fiery flavour guaranteed.
