Between melody and improvisation lies a subtle, unspoken tension — at times restrained, at times blazing, like a slow-burning fire in the night.
This performance is led by Israeli pianist Oleg Roshchin, joined by musicians from diverse cultural backgrounds, presenting an evening of original contemporary jazz.
Roshchin’s music resists conventional structures; between the spaces left in melody and the momentum of rhythm, he weaves richly cinematic sound narratives. Each piece becomes a journey into time, emotion, and space.
On stage, the four musicians engage in highly interactive improvisational dialogue — from delicate layers of tone to explosive rhythmic drives — allowing the music to drift between stillness and flame.
This is more than a concert; it is a sonic voyage unfolding deep into the night.
