By purchasing this product, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, as well as the relevant provisions of the "Shanghai LEGOLAND Theme Park Visitor Guidelines" published on the official website of Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort at http://www.LEGOLANDshanghai.cn.
1. Purchase limit: Each booking can purchase admission tickets for up to 5 visitors; each ticket must be bound to 1 valid official ID number (such as ID card or passport), meaning each ticket requires real-name information of the actual user.
This product is only valid for use on the selected date.
3. This product cannot be altered, copied, transferred, resold, or used for any commercial purposes. It is strictly for personal use by the individual whose valid ID is bound to it. If the purchaser is found using this product for commercial purposes, Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort reserves the right to revoke the product's usage privileges at any time without refund or compensation, and may pursue legal action.
4. Free entry policy: Visitors under 2 years old on the day of visit can enter for free. A valid ID must be presented at entry to redeem and verify age eligibility for free admission.
Visitors under 16 years old must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 years or above to enter.
6. Travelers with disability must present a valid government-issued disability certificate on the day of visiting to purchase the special admission ticket at the Shanghai Legoland Theme Park ticket office. This ticket is only valid for the certificate holder.
7. This product cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotional activities, and is not applicable to separately ticketed activities or VIP experiences.
8. Users of this product shall bear full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by their intentional or negligent actions.
9. In case of extreme weather (such as rain, snow, hail, thunderstorms, sandstorms, etc.), air pollution, or other force majeure factors, or due to park capacity, health and safety requirements, special events, etc., Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort may partially or fully close temporarily or adjust operations without prior notice. Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws, Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort shall not be held liable.
10. To ensure the safety and order of the park, if the user of this product violates the "Shanghai LEGOLAND Park Visitor Guidelines," these terms and conditions, or relevant laws and regulations, Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or require immediate departure from the park.
