Refund timeframe:
1. During the pre-sale period, customers may request unconditional refunds within 48 hours after payment confirmation for their ticket orders
(subject to a transaction fee of 0.6% of the face value charged by the ticketing management company).
2. Up to 24 hours before the official sales open date (exact timing subject to official announcements on the ticketing platform) and during customer service hours, unconditional refunds are permitted (subject to a transaction fee of 0.6% of the face value charged by the ticketing management company).
3. From the official sales open date until 48 hours before the sales channel closes (sales channel closes at 12:00 PM on the event date, i.e., before 12:00 PM on March 20, 2026), refunds during this period will incur a 20% handling fee of the ticket price (plus an additional transaction fee charged by the ticketing platform based on actual processing costs, i.e., “0.6% of the face value,” totaling 20.6%).
4. Refunds will cease 2 days prior to the event ticket sales channel closing: March 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
5. Refunded tickets from the presale period will be relisted for sale upon ticket release. The specific release time is subject to the official notification from the ticketing platform.
6. If an audience member requires a refund due to “force majeure,” a full refund will be granted upon presentation of relevant proof, exempt from the above restrictions.
7. As concert tickets are valuable vouchers, not ordinary commodities, and the cultural services they represent possess characteristics such as time-sensitivity and scarcity, attendees are advised to plan their schedules reasonably. To prevent malicious ticket purchases and refunds that disrupt the normal operation of large-scale events, the same purchaser or purchasing account that has processed one refund will no longer be eligible for refunds when purchasing tickets for the same event session again.
8. Fans are advised to purchase tickets exclusively through the official designated ticketing platform. Do not trust third-party services offering paid concert ticket procurement via online media, public accounts, or secondary market platforms. Protect your rights and purchase tickets rationally.
9. This performance requires real-name ticketing for admission. Each identification document may only be used to purchase one ticket for this performance. Consumers may not use the same identification document to purchase duplicate tickets for this performance through different ticketing channels. Based on the foregoing provisions, please acknowledge, accept, and agree that if you purchase tickets for this performance using the same identification document across different ticketing platforms, resulting in duplicate attendees listed in your order on this platform and orders on other ticketing platforms, your ticket order for this performance purchased on this platform will be canceled in its entirety and automatically refunded upon discovery. Any resulting refund processing fees or losses incurred due to inability to attend the performance shall be borne solely by the ticket purchaser. (Forced refunds will be processed automatically by the respective ticketing platform without further notification to the purchaser.)

11. Seat Distribution Notice and Reminder:
Due to the design of certain program segments, stage lighting, and sound effects, performers may occupy non-fixed positions during the performance. This may result in limited “poor visibility or partial obstruction” in specific seating areas. To ensure performance quality and audience experience, we hereby provide this special notice. By successfully purchasing tickets, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts the risk of potential “limited visibility or partial obstruction.”
The organizer reserves the right to interpret the rules outlined in this notice within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.
