Ticket Purchase Policy / Purchase Terms

Jason Derulo THE LAST DANCE China Tour – Hangzhou Stop will be held on September 11, 2026 at the Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Center Gymnasium. In accordance with relevant regulations, tickets for this event are digital ID-based e-tickets and require real-name registration for entry. To support market practices and promote a healthy, orderly ticketing environment, please read the following carefully before purchasing.

1. Authorized Ticketing Platforms

Please purchase tickets only through the official ticketing platforms for this event. Do not buy from any other third-party channels to avoid scams.

2. Real-Name Ticketing & Purchase Limits

This event adopts a real-name ticketing system.
Each order is limited to a maximum of 6 tickets.
Each ID can only be used to purchase one ticket. If you purchase 2 tickets, you must provide the identity information of 2 attendees. Please enter attendee information in advance for faster checkout.
Tickets are non-transferable. Please plan your attendance carefully and purchase with consideration.

3. Official Pre-Sale Start Time

September 11 show pre-sale starts: July 9, 2026, at 10:58 AM

4. Refund Policy

Since attendees may be unable to attend for various reasons after purchase, the organizer has established a refund policy for tickets purchased through official platforms, available during the customer service team's regular working hours. The refund rules are as follows:

(1) Full Refund (No Fee) Period

Within 48 hours of the pre-sale start time:
- From July 9, 2026, 10:58 AM to July 11, 2026, 10:58 AM
- Full refunds are available with no cancellation fee.

(2) Refund with Cancellation Fee

10% fee period: From July 11, 2026, 10:59 AM to July 29, 2026, 10:58 AM – a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the actual ticket price paid.
20% fee period: From July 29, 2026, 10:59 AM to August 16, 2026, 10:58 AM – a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the actual ticket price paid.
30% fee period: From August 16, 2026, 10:59 AM to September 4, 2026, 10:58 AM – a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the actual ticket price paid.

(3) Refund Cutoff

From September 4, 2026, 10:59 AM onward, refund requests will no longer be accepted. Any requests submitted after this time will be considered overdue and will not be processed.

(4) Additional Refund Terms

Full-order refunds only: Refunds are only available for the entire order (i.e., if an order contains multiple tickets, partial refunds for individual tickets are not supported — the entire order must be refunded in full). If a refund is requested due to force majeure, the request will be reviewed with supporting documentation, and refunds will be processed based on the actual circumstances.
To prevent malicious purchasing and refunding activities that disrupt the normal ticketing order, each purchaser/account is entitled to only one refund opportunity per show. After one refund has been processed, any subsequent ticket purchase for the same show will not be eligible for a refund.
Minor attendees: Minors must obtain permission from their legal guardian prior to purchase. If an order is successfully placed and paid for with a minor as the attendee, the platform will deem this as authorization by the legal guardian. The legal guardian assumes all related responsibilities. Refund requests based on "lack of guardian consent" will not be accepted.
Any refunded tickets from all official ticketing platforms will be made available for public resale on a date to be announced separately through official channels. Please watch for announcements.
The organizer reserves the right of interpretation for all refund-related policies, within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

5. Child Ticketing

Children require a full-price ticket. One ticket per person.

6. Re-Entry Policy

After scanning your ticket and entering the venue, re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

7. Entry Requirements (No Physical Tickets)

This event uses real-name ID-based entry with no physical tickets.
At entry, the actual attendee, the valid ID document of the attendee, and the attendee information on the purchase order must match.
Entry gates are equipped with ticket-checking turnstiles. You will need to scan your valid ID and undergo facial recognition. Entry is granted only after the identity, ticket, and ID are verified as matching.
To ensure smooth entry, please be sure to bring your own valid ID card/document to the event.

8. Duplicate Purchase Restriction

This event uses real-name ticketing with digital ID-based e-tickets. The same ID can only be used for one ticket for this show. Consumers may not use the same ID to purchase tickets for this event through different ticketing platforms.

9. Duplicate Purchase Policy

Based on the above, by purchasing you acknowledge, understand, and agree that if the same ID is used to purchase tickets for this event on multiple platforms, and your order on this platform is found to have duplicate attendee information with another platform's order, the order placed on this platform will be canceled in its entirety (full-order refund) . Duplicate tickets will not be validly issued. Refund fees for such cancellations will follow the tiered refund schedule outlined above. If the refund request is made after the refund cutoff, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

10. Seating Layout & Limited-View Seats Notice

Due to certain stage design elements, lighting and sound production arrangements, and performer movements that are not fixed to specific positions, some areas may have limited sightlines or partial obstruction. To ensure performance quality and a positive audience experience, we provide this special notice. By successfully completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the potential risk of limited or obstructed views in certain seating areas.

11. Final Reminder

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please carefully review these Ticket Purchase Terms before buying. For specific entry guidelines, please refer to the Event Entry Guide to be issued by the organizer prior to the show date.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

Items that endanger political security, including but not limited to: any form of flags, banners, or signage; any clothing, accessories, utensils, or promotional materials bearing national, political, partisan, ideological, cultural incitement, or cultural alienation content, or with suggestive or symbolic meanings.
Items that endanger public security, including: strongly magnetic materials, electromagnetic radiation devices, or other equipment that may interfere with communication signals; items with strong irritant or foul odors; items that may cause public panic; items that may be hazardous or whose nature cannot be identified by the carrier.
Firearms and ammunition, explosives, controlled knives and tools, flammable and explosive materials, toxic substances, corrosive substances, radioactive materials, infectious substances, lethal weapons, and any other items prohibited by laws, regulations, or rules.
Fragile items, bottled liquids, easily throwable food, bats, sharp objects, metal sharp and blunt instruments, long-handled umbrellas, laser pointers, matches, lighters, and other dangerous items.
Alcoholic beverages or alcohol-containing drinks, cold sparklers, flashlights, colored powders, spray paints, musical instruments or high-decibel sound-emitting devices, amplification equipment, and light-emitting devices exceeding 50 cm in length, as well as other items unsuitable for bringing into the event venue.
Unauthorized professional photographic equipment, video cameras, recording devices, and equipment stands or supports.
Self-pressurized aerosol containers containing flammable ingredients with a volume exceeding 100 ml; non-self-pressurized containers containing flammable ingredients with a volume exceeding 200 ml.
Personal mobility devices, with the exception of baby strollers and wheelchairs.
Live animals, with the exception of guide dogs with valid working identification.
Unauthorized flags, banners, or signage.
Food or beverages that may be easily scattered and cause public hygiene issues, have strong pungent odors, or may cause burns due to high temperature.
Large suitcases, bags, or other bulky items that cannot be properly placed under seats.
Hard water bottles such as thermoses and glass cups.
Any other items unsuitable for bringing into the event venue.
