British singer-songwriter James Blunt, known as ‘The Captain's Poet’, is coming to China with his tour ‘who we used to be’. His music is a mix of pop, rock and folk, and his live performances are also highly acclaimed.

1、[Conditional Refund] From 12:08 on 13 November 2024 to 12:07 on 1 December 2024, ticket buyers can apply for a refund.
However, the purchaser is responsible for a 20% handling fee of the ticket amount to be refunded.
Refund requests made after 12:07 on 1 December will be considered as overdue and will not be refunded.
2、Since the beginning of the sales, refunds will be made in accordance with the above rules corresponding to the time of the refund application.
3、In order to prevent the purchase of tickets for non-performance purposes and malicious refunds from disrupting the order of normal performance activities, the same ticket purchaser and the same ticket purchasing account will only be entitled to a refund for the same performance.
The same ticketholder and the same ticketing account will only be entitled to one refund. After refunding the ticket, if the ticket purchaser/account purchases the ticket again, he/she will no longer enjoy the right to refund the ticket.
After the ticket is refunded, if the purchaser/account purchases another ticket, he/she will no longer be entitled to a refund.
4、If a minor purchases a ticket, if the ticket order is successfully generated and payment is completed, and the identity information of the audience is displayed as ‘Minor Audience’, his/her purchase of tickets will be deemed to have been permitted by the legal guardian to purchase tickets, and the legal responsibility arising from this will be borne by his/her legal guardian, and will have nothing to do with the ticketing platform and the organisers. If a minor applies for a refund, the same rules apply.
5、The Organisers shall have the right to interpret these Ticketing Instructions within the scope of laws and regulations.
