JABBAWOCKEEZ was founded in San Diego in 2003. The name of the group comes from a poem called "Jabberwocky" in "Through the Looking-Glass" by Lewis Carroll. After participating in the second season of America's Got Talent in 2007, they became famous and won the first season of America's Best Dance Crew in 2008. In 2012, they won the Hip Hop International Award. They are a resident performance team in Las Vegas and have been invited to perform at halftime shows of NBA games many times. In 2022, they appeared in Jay Chou's music video "Red Beauty".

 

The dance troupe is known for its distinctive look of expressionless white masks and white gloves during performances, which shifts the audience's focus from individuals to the unified group. Each member of the troupe is a street dance champion, and any one of them is a master in their own right. What's even more remarkable is their synchronized movements and dance routines, especially the breaking that combines elements of Cambbo and big moves, with different actions hitting the same beat. The top-notch choreography and coordination create a visually stunning and extremely smooth experience. This unique performance style and form have quickly made them one of the most influential dance troupes globally. JABBAWOCKEEZ first came to China for a tour in 2017 and performed at MGM Macau in 2019. This December, they will return to China with "TIMELESS" for another tour, visiting six cities: Guangzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou.

 

"TIMELESS" is the fourth stage work of JABBAWOCKEEZ, integrating multiple dance styles and cool stage technologies such as naked-eye 3D and lasers. It explores time, space and human emotions through body language, presenting a unique narrative story and leading the audience on an ultimate visual journey.
