 HOMESHAKE is the music project of Canadian musician Peter Sagar. You might not have heard of him, but if you're into indie pop, you've probably heard of the famous Canadian artist Mac DeMarco. Peter was Mac DeMarco's former guitarist, and in 2013, he started releasing music under the name HOMESHAKE, with his debut studio album "In the Shower." This album laid the foundation for his unique dreamy soul music style, combining experimental elements with pop melodies. To date, this original bedroom producer has released five studio albums.

 Me and My Sandcastle (M&Ms) is the solo music project of Shanghai's bedroom musician Xiaozhu, initiated at the end of 2020. Xiaozhu, who loves lo-fi and 70s pop, is deeply influenced by musicians like Boys Age, HOMESHAKE, Mellow Fellow, Good Morning, and, especially, Mac DeMarco, who is often referred to as his spiritual father in music creation. From the viral hit "Bentobox" to the reissue of the debut album "Me & My Sandcastle" on physical cassette, and the hot-selling vinyl edition of the latest album "Ballads," Me and My Sandcastle has gained love from a large number of music fans. M&Ms' music has also been favored by many lifestyle bloggers as the go-to background music on various short video platforms.
