About Chief
Kim Juim / Chef de partie Events Kitchen
Chef Kim has been working with Grand Hyatt Incheon since 2013. Over the last past 5 years Min Jun has developed her professional skills. She has been benefited with a well-deserved promotion to Chef de Partie in May 2016. Juim has great skill and fine knowledge of kimchi making Her enthusiasm and passionate sense for the taste of Korea is making her master. Chef Kim involvement in our Korean food production at Grand Hyatt Incheon, experiencing Korean cuisine events at its best.
Park, Minjun– Sous chef Restaurant Eight / Grill
Chef Park has been working with Grand Hyatt Incheon since the opening in 2003. Over the last past 15 years, Min Jun has developed his professional skills. He has been benefited with several promotions to Chef de Partie in June 2010 and further for his dedication, enthusiasm, and passion for our Korean Cuisine he has been awarded to Sous chef in May 2014.
Ever since Chef Park has been respected by his fellow colleagues and Hotel Management for his special craft. Min Jun has developed our Korean cuisine tradition over the past years.
Together with his supporting Team, he has showcased on many occasions and assists in other Hyatt Hotels worldwide.
Almaty, Sau Paulo, Shanghai, Tokyo, Kolkata, Taipei, and Shenzhen are just a few destinations to mention.
Chef Park is a true Ambassador for our Korean Cuisine.
Chef Park has been appointed as Regional Specialist for Authentic, Traditional Korean Cuisine in Asia Pacific 2019.

About Grand Café
Grand Café offers guests splendid panoramic views of the city in an Art Deco bistro atmosphere where diners may enjoy buffet-style dining or order from the à la carte menu featuring assorted Shanghainese and Western cuisine. At the heart of this hotel buffet is its open kitchen, with a granite bar featuring garden-fresh salads, a bakery oven, grill and sauté stations and a built-in ice pan for seafood - all framed with glass shelving to emulate a kitchen pantry. Restaurant guests at Grand Café can watch the chefs work their magic behind the counter, delivering a truly unique dining experience. A beautiful two-tier granite oval island bar in the center of the kitchen displays a selection of fresh bakery items in the morning, and sumptuous desserts during lunch, and dinner.
In addition to the wide variety of food offered in the show kitchen, the à la carte menu focuses on bistro-style food and authentic Shanghainese home cooking.
