What's on the Table

This is a proper feast. Highlights include:

A baked half lobster with cheese passed around to every guest, a towering salad bar, Shanghai cold dishes, a Japanese sashimi and sushi station, an overflowing seafood station with tiger crab, snow crab legs, red prawns, scallops and more, and a hotpot station with your choice of Sichuan spicy or Cantonese pork tripe chicken broth.

On the western side, a carving station serves Easter roast lamb leg with garlic rosemary jus, alongside beef tenderloin, duck confit, lamb loin, mussels, and a Cuban food station for something a little different.

Brunch classics are covered too — eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, and sausages — plus a full Korean BBQ live cooking station, Chinese hot dishes including braised pork shoulder and crispy duck, and a baker's buffet stocked with baguettes, rye bread, and rolls.

Finish at the dessert station with Black Forest cake, warm gingerbread pudding with toffee sauce, ice cream, and fresh seasonal fruit.
