Centouno on the 101st Floor provides guests with breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch services, specializing in fresh and healthy southern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine prepared with modern cooking methods. The restaurant offers fresh cold cuts, Italian specialty cheeses and a unique pasta area that uses ancient recipes passed down from generation to generation to provide guests with authentic tastes and textures. Select dishes will be specially prepared and arranged tableside, allowing guests to experience a theater-like dining experience.

Centouno boasts a simple and elegant décor, including a long wall of glass that showcases panoramic views of the city. At the entrance of the restaurant lies a striking architectural dome woven with wire mesh by Edoardo Tresoldi, the Italian artist famous for his transparent, otherworldly mesh sculptures. At sunrise and sunset, the sun drenches the entire restaurant in golden light, making for a captivating view alongside the lights and shadows of the mesh dome.
