Performers

Cellist - Chen Weiping

He is an associate professor of cello at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and a master's degree supervisor. He has studied with Professor Chen Jiuhe, one of China's most famous educators, and Natalia Gutman, one of the last remaining great figures of the Russian school.

He often performs concertos with famous orchestras at home and abroad, and has appeared in many top music halls in Europe and America, and has performed solo in dozens of countries and regions in Europe and Asia.

He has been interviewed by new media several times and has appeared on many famous speaking platforms such as Ted and Momenttalk, and has over 100,000 followers on social media. He now uses a cello made in 1921 by the Italian luthier Enricore Marghetti.

Bassist - Luo Xu

Luo Xu is an associate professor of the orchestra department of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and the deputy secretary-general of the String Society of the Chinese Music Association. He has been a member of the Frankfurt Philharmonic Orchestra, the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, the Zurich City Hall Symphony Orchestra and the Southwest Radio Symphony Orchestra. In recent years, he has published two CDs "DOUBLE BASSISSIMO" and "SUPER BASS", as well as the double bass textbook "37 difficult excerpts for orchestra". "The book has been widely evaluated. Many of his students have been awarded in many double bass competitions in China and abroad.

Pianist - Qin Yunyi

Dr. Qin Yunyi studied with the international master Arivadi and is signed to NAXOS Records. Member of the Piano Committee of the Shanghai Musicians Association. She is the recipient of the First Prize Award of the Ministry of Culture of China. She has taught at Shanghai Conservatory of Music and Soochow University Conservatory of Music. 

She was recommended by the Ministry of Culture for the first prize of the 50th Jaén Hahn International Piano Competition, the first prize of the European Union José Roca International Piano Competition, the first prize of the 6th Citta di Barletta International Piano Competition in Italy and the "Asian Musician Award", winning more than half a million dollars. She has performed all over China and in France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, Austria, Belgium and other countries.
