Céline Dessberg is a Paris-based singer, songwriter, and harpist of mixed French and Mongolian heritage. She grew up between two distinct worlds, one shaped by the modern western lifestyle of France, and the other by the ancient traditions of Buddhism and the pastoral customs of Mongolia. Ever since sharing her debut single in 2021, Céline has been trickling out singles and EPs to showcase her mesmerizing cross-cultural sound, including two knockout singles — "Selenge" and "Chintamani" — released earlier this year.

 

 

In regards to her eclectic, emotional, and celebratory guest DJ mix for Midnight in a Perfect World, Céline shared some contextual insight. She says, "In July, Mongolia celebrates Naadam, its ancestral national festival. This mix blends songs that live in my head with those that remind me of this time of celebration."
