Held at one of Shanghai’s top live music venues, this show is part of the group’s Asia Tour 2025, connecting fans from Beijing, Seoul, Tokyo, and Bangkok in a celebration of rhythm, diversity, and global unity.

This performance requires real-name ticketing for admission; tickets may not be transferred or resold. Upon entry, attendees must undergo facial recognition verification against pre-registered identity details (supported documents include: second-generation ID cards, foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Resident Residence Permits, and Foreigner Permanent Residence ID cards). Entry will be denied if identity information does not match.
To prevent malicious ticket purchasing and refund practices that disrupt the smooth running of major events, any individual purchaser or account that has previously processed a refund shall forfeit their right to request a refund upon subsequent purchase of tickets for the same event.

Refund Timelines

During the pre-sale period, customers may request unconditional refunds within 48 hours of order confirmation and payment, during the ticketing platform's customer service operating hours. (However, the ticketing management company will retain transaction fees incurred during processing, equivalent to 0.6% of the face value.)
Up to 24 hours prior to the official ticket release date (exact release time subject to official confirmation), refunds may be processed unconditionally during the ticketing platform's customer service operating hours. (However, the ticketing management company will charge an administrative fee equivalent to 0.6% of the face value of the ticket.)
From the official ticket release date until 48 hours prior to the event's ticket sales channel closing (i.e., before 12:00 on 12 November 2025 for the first performance, and before 12:00 on 13 November 2025 for the second performance), refunds will incur a handling fee of 20% of the ticket price. (Additionally, the ticketing platform will charge transaction fees incurred during processing, equivalent to 0.6% of the face value, resulting in a total fee of 20.6%).
Refunds will cease two days prior to the event's ticket sales closure (i.e., before 12:00 on 12 November 2025 for the first performance, and before 12:00 on 13 November 2025 for the second performance).

Rules for Handling Duplicate Orders Across Multiple Platforms

This performance implements a real-name ticketing system with electronic ID tickets. Each valid identification document may only be used to purchase one ticket for this performance. Consumers must not use the same identification document to purchase duplicate tickets for this performance through different ticketing channels.
In light of the foregoing provisions, please acknowledge, accept and agree that should you purchase tickets for this performance using the same identification document across different sales channels, resulting in duplicate attendees across orders placed on this sales platform and other platforms, this sales platform reserves the right to cancel your entire order for this performance upon discovery (full order cancellation and refund). Any resulting refund processing fees or losses incurred, such as being unable to attend the performance, shall be borne solely by the ticket purchaser.
