Admission Arrangements

Seated 

• The venue encourages patrons to avoid bringing handbags/backpacks to the venue as far as possible. Audience members without handbags/backpacks may enter the venue via express lanes (if applicable)
• All audience members are required to undergo a metal detector security screening process (if applicable) before entering the venue.
• For re-entry, please present the proof of admission and the original concert ticket of the day to the security staff for identification. Audience members must also hold the mentioned certificates for re-entry. AsiaWorld-Expo reserves the right to add, delete and replace this right.

Standing

• Visitors are encouraged to avoid bringing handbags/backpacks to the venue. Visitors without handbags/rucksacks may enter the venue via the express lane (if applicable).
• All visitors are required to undergo a metal detector screening process (if applicable) before entering the venue.
• All standing patrons are required to wear a security detection bracelet to help the venue monitor crowd flow and respond to emergencies (if applicable). For re-entry, please present the admission certificate, original concert ticket and bracelet to the security staff for identification.
• Audience members must also hold the mentioned certificates for re-entry. AsiaWorld-Expo reserves the right to add, delete or replace this right.
• Visitors in the standing area will be admitted in accordance with the serial numbers printed on the tickets, which will be automatically assigned by the system upon completion of each transaction.
• The waiting area for standing tickets will be opened 4 hours prior to the start of the concert (the actual time will depend on the situation at the venue), and standing ticket holders shall queue up in the designated ticket area within the waiting area in accordance with the serial number on their tickets.
• 2 hours before the concert starts, the actual time depends on the situation on site, the audience in the waiting area can start to enter the concert venue in order.
• The ticket numbers of those who arrive after those in the waiting area will be cancelled when they start to enter the venue. Such audience will not be allowed to enter the venue until all the audience in the waiting area have entered the venue. The above measures are subject to change without prior notice and AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited reserves the right to amend the admission arrangements without prior notice.

The use of wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs within the boundaries of AsiaWorld-Expo is subject to the following regulations:

• Wheelchair Seat Tickets are only applicable to wheelchair-bound persons and their carers. Each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a carer's ticket at the same time as the wheelchair seat ticket. Wheelchair-bound ticket holders are required to produce proof of mobility impairment* upon request by AWEML staff upon admission.
• Any person who is not a wheelchair user or any person not accompanying a wheelchair user with a wheelchair seat ticket or a carer's ticket has the right to be refused admission by AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and his/her companion, and no refund will be arranged. In case of any dispute, the decision of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the Organisers shall be final.
• *Proof of mobility impairment refers to the Registration Card for People with Disabilities (Physical Disability Category) or other valid doctor's certificates showing mobility impairment.
• Ticketed wheelchair users who require assistance from venue staff for seating should call AsiaWorld-Expo (+852-36068000) prior to the programme to make prior arrangements. Wheelchair users are also advised to arrive at the venue early so that venue staff can arrange for smooth seating.

• Unauthorised photography and sound recording are not permitted in the arena.
• Patrons are required to have their handbags/rucksacks inspected before entering the arena. Items over 38X30X20 cm (15X12X8 inches), all professional cameras, video and audio recording equipment, and low stools/collapsible chairs are prohibited inside the arena No umbrellas are allowed to be brought into the concert venue. If you have any of the above restricted items, please store them at the baggage storage service counters or self-service lockers on the ground floor.
• Tickets purchased from official ticket outlets are required for entry into the arena. Tickets will not be accepted if they are damaged, defaced, altered, mutilated or photocopied.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. One person, one ticket must be admitted in accordance with the age limit set by the Organisers.
• Under no circumstances will lost or unmarked tickets be reissued.
• For security reasons, no selfie sticks are allowed inside the venue.
• Age limit for seated patrons: 3 years old or above. Age limit for standing visitors: 12 years old or above and 140cm or above Smoking is strictly prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No foreign food or beverages are allowed to be brought into AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Glass bottles, lighter-than-air inflatable objects of any material (e.g. balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, aerosols or sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
• The carrying and use of prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited in the AsiaWorld-Expo.
• The sale or distribution of unauthorised merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited in the AsiaWorld-Expo premises.
• Standing on seats is not permitted. Staying on staircases and public corridors is not permitted.
• Carrying and distributing fireworks, sparklers, or the use of laser devices is strictly prohibited.
• No remote-controlled flying devices or toys (e.g. model helicopters, drones) are allowed.
• There may be bright lights, flashing lights or smoke effects during the performance. If audience members feel unwell or need assistance, please notify the on-site medical or security personnel as soon as possible.
