👉 All participants should submit personal information authentically and correctly, including name, sex, ID number, phone number and blood type
👉 All participants must provide the complete personal information and pay the registration fee in full. After the registration process is completed, registration results will be sent via SMS to registerd phone number
👉 All participants will need to pick up event packs/bags with the E-Entry Confirmation and the valid identification document. The information of event packs/bags pick-up will be available before the event. 
👉 Age Qualification: Children participating must be between 6 and 12 years old (age calculated as of the event date, October 17, 2026). Guardians or legal representatives of the participants, who are under 18-year-old, are required to sign the event disclaimer.

In principle, each session is arranged for approximately 1,000 parent-child families. To ensure event safety and on-site order, each session will be organized through zone-based assembly and staggered starts according to the actual number of registrations.

Participating families must attend the session confirmed after successful registration and, in principle, may not switch to another session on their own.

The specific times for check-in, gear collection, warm-up, assembly, and each staggered start for each session shall be subject to the *Participant Guide* and official notices released by the Event Organizing Committee before the event.

 
Venue: Sunland Park, Pudong District

Parent-Child Rainbow Fun Run, approximately 3.2 km in total.

This event is a non-timed, non-competitive parent-child fun run, with no competition results, rankings, or prize money.

Event Route

(1) The race route is set within Shanghai Senlan Greenland Park and related activity areas, with a total distance of approximately 3.2 km.

(2) The specific start point, finish point, course route, interactive stations, and supply point locations shall be subject to the official course map published by the Organizing Committee before the event.

(3) The Organizing Committee has the right to reasonably adjust the event route, start/finish locations, interactive stations, etc., based on on-site venue conditions, weather, safety management requirements, and opinions of relevant authorities.

VI. Eligibility

(1) Child Age Requirements

Participating children must be aged 6 to 12.

In principle, age shall be calculated as of the event date, October 17, 2026, meaning participating children must have reached 6 years of age and not yet reached 13 years of age on the event day.

The specific age verification method and required document information shall be subject to the requirements of the registration system.

(2) Family Group Requirements

Each participating family group shall, in principle, consist of 1 child and 1 adult.

The accompanying adult shall, in principle, be the parent or legal guardian of the participating child, or an adult explicitly authorized by the guardian.

Children must be accompanied by the accompanying adult throughout the event and may not participate in event activities alone without adult accompaniment.

Each adult may, in principle, accompany only 1 child per session, unless otherwise finally determined by the Organizing Committee for special circumstances.

Event eligibility may not be transferred, resold, or otherwise provided to persons who have not passed registration review without authorization.

VII. Participant Health Requirements

The Parent-Child Rainbow Fun Run is an outdoor activity with a certain level of physical exertion.

Registrants should reasonably assess whether they and their children are suitable to participate in this event based on their physical conditions.

(1) Participants should be in good health and physically capable of completing approximately 3.2 km of walking, jogging, and related interactive activities.

(2) Persons with any of the following conditions are advised to participate cautiously or not to participate in this event:

- Suffering from severe heart disease, cardiovascular disease, or other conditions that may pose a risk due to exercise;
- Suffering from severe respiratory disease;
- Suffering from other conditions that a doctor has determined make participation in exercise unsuitable;
- Experiencing symptoms such as fever, severe cold, or obvious physical discomfort before the event date;
- Currently in the recovery period from illness, surgery, or injury;
- Having been explicitly advised by a doctor to avoid exercise in the near future;
- Having any other health condition that may affect the safety of oneself or the child during exercise.

(3) The parents or guardians of children should fully understand the children's physical health conditions and independently judge the suitability of the children's participation in this event.

If there are doubts about physical conditions, it is recommended to consult a professional medical institution before registration or participation.

(4) If during the event, oneself or the child experiences chest tightness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, obvious dizziness, nausea, physical weakness, or other abnormal conditions, exercise should be stopped immediately, and help should be promptly sought from on-site staff or medical personnel.

VIII. Registration Time and Session Selection

(1) Early Bird Ticket

Registration period: August 13, 2026 to September 12, 2026.

(2) Upgraded Ticket

Registration period: August 13, 2026 to October 7, 2026.

Morning Session: Start at 10:30
Afternoon Session: Start at 14:30

The morning and afternoon sessions have separate registration quotas, available on a first-come, first-served basis. After a session's quota is full, the Organizing Committee has the right to close the registration entry for that session.

After successful registration, the participating session may not be changed on one's own in principle. If adjustment is truly necessary due to special circumstances, an application shall be made in accordance with the session change rules published by the Organizing Committee, and whether adjustment is possible shall be subject to the remaining quota of the target session and on-site organizational conditions.

X. Ticket Types

(3) The specific event gear, limited merchandise, and other benefit contents of each ticket type shall be subject to the final information published on the official registration page.

If reasonable adjustments to some event items occur due to supply, copyright, production, force majeure, or other reasons, the Organizing Committee has the right to substitute items of equal or similar value.

Registration Information Requirements

(1) Registrants must truthfully fill in the personal information of the participating child and accompanying adult as required by the system, including but not limited to:

- Name;
- Gender;
- Date of birth;
- Valid ID document information;
- Mobile phone number;
- Emergency contact;
- Relationship to the child;
- Other information necessary for purchasing insurance and organizing the event.

(2) Registrants shall ensure that all registration information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.

If problems caused by incorrect information, missing information, false information, or other issues caused by the registrant result in:

- Inability to complete eligibility review;
- Inability to purchase event insurance;
- Inability to make insurance claims;
- Inability to normally collect event materials;
- Inability to normally participate in the event;

the corresponding consequences shall be borne by the registrant.

(3) The collection and use of minors' personal information shall be authorized by their parents or legal guardians in accordance with the relevant rules on the registration page.

Registration Eligibility Confirmation

(1) Completing registration and payment using another person's identity information and receiving a system registration success notification does not mean the participant may participate using another person's identity.

Final participation eligibility shall be subject to the Organizing Committee's registration information review and on-site verification results.

(2) Participation eligibility may not be privately transferred or resold in principle.

All consequences arising from participating in the event using another person's registration eligibility without the Organizing Committee's permission shall be borne by the relevant persons themselves.

(3) If there are truly special reasons requiring adjustment of the accompanying adult or other information, an application shall be submitted through the official process within the period specified by the Organizing Committee.

Whether modification is permitted and the specific modification rules shall be subject to official announcements.

Refund and Change Rules

(1) Refund Rules

Participating families unable to attend the event for personal reasons may apply for a refund according to the following times and standards:

- Refund applications before 24:00 on September 16, 2026: 100% refund of the actual registration fee paid;
- Refund applications from September 17, 2026 to 24:00 on October 7: 50% refund of the actual registration fee paid;
- From 00:00 on October 8, 2026, refund applications not due to force majeure will in principle no longer be accepted.

The refund amount shall be calculated based on the actual amount paid by the participating family at registration.

For event gear, merchandise, gifts, and other benefits already collected or redeemed, if actual costs have been incurred, the specific handling method shall be subject to the Organizing Committee's final review results.

Directed invitation tickets are free ticket types and do not involve registration fee refunds.

(2) Session Change Rules

This event has a morning session and an afternoon session:

- Morning Session: Start at 10:30;
- Afternoon Session: Start at 14:30.

After successful registration, if adjustment of the participating session is needed due to special circumstances, an application may be submitted through the channel designated by the Organizing Committee before 24:00 on October 7, 2026.

Session adjustment is premised on the target session still having remaining quota. If the target session quota is full, the Organizing Committee has the right not to accept the adjustment application.

From October 8, 2026, session changes will in principle no longer be accepted.

Without the Organizing Committee's confirmation, participating families may not switch sessions on their own.

(3) Event Adjustment, Postponement, or Cancellation

If the event time, session, or route is adjusted, or the event is postponed or canceled due to weather, natural disasters, public safety incidents, requirements of government authorities, or other force majeure factors, the Organizing Committee will separately announce the handling plan through official channels based on the actual situation.

Matters involving refunds, quota retention, or other ticketing arrangements shall be subject to the official notice published by the Organizing Committee at that time.

Event Gear

Participating families will receive corresponding event gear based on the ticket type registered.

Event gear includes:

- Event-themed T-shirt;
- Drawstring bag;
- Exclusive bib;
- Check-in wristband;
- Smile tattoo stickers;
- Colored powder goggles;
- Colored powder;
- Angelalign-related products or merchandise;
- My Little Pony-related licensed merchandise;
- Other official event items.

Gear and benefits differ among ticket types.

The final content shall be subject to the registration page publication.

Event Gear Collection

(1) Event gear shall, in principle, be collected on the event day at the designated area on site.

The specific collection time, location, and method shall be subject to the *Participant Guide* published before the event.

(2) When collecting gear, the following must be presented:

- Valid electronic participation credential;
- Relevant identity documents required by the Organizing Committee;
- Other necessary verification materials.

(3) The Organizing Committee staff will issue the corresponding event gear after completing verification.

(4) Event clothing size, style, and event gear shall, in principle, be issued according to the selection made at registration or the system-assigned results.

Due to on-site inventory limitations, temporary changes will in principle not be accepted; the specific situation shall be subject to on-site actual arrangements.

Event Rules

This event is a non-timed, non-competitive parent-child fun run, with no individual results, family results, rankings, or prize money.

This event is divided into two independent sessions, morning and afternoon:

- Morning session starts at 10:30;
- Afternoon session starts at 14:30.

3. Each session is, in principle, arranged for approximately 1,000 parent-child families.

4. To ensure event safety and starting order, both the morning and afternoon sessions may further implement zone-based assembly and staggered starts based on the actual number of participants. The specific zones and start arrangements shall be subject to the race bib, on-site announcements, and staff instructions.

5. Participating families must complete check-in, event gear collection, and assembly within the specified time according to the session confirmed at registration.

6. Without the Organizing Committee's permission, morning session registered families may not participate in the afternoon session on their own, and afternoon session registered families may not participate in the morning session on their own.

7. Parents or guardians must accompany children throughout the event and reasonably control exercise intensity and speed based on the children's actual physical conditions.

8. Participating families must follow the official event route and comply with on-site instructions of staff, security personnel, and volunteers along the way.

Finish Rules

(1) Participating families completing the approximately 3.2 km course along the prescribed route and arriving at the finish line shall be deemed to have completed this Parent-Child Rainbow Fun Run.

(2) Participating families meeting the finish conditions may collect the event finisher medal according to on-site rules.

(3) Five themed interactive stations are set up along the event course.

After completing the stamp collection tasks at the prescribed stations, participants may obtain the finish-line limited merchandise lucky draw eligibility according to on-site rules.

(4) The specific tasks, opening times, and lucky draw rules of the five themed stations shall be subject to on-site publication.

(5) Event medals, lucky draw eligibility, event merchandise, etc., may not be obtained in violation of rules through forging bibs, repeated redemption, completing tasks on behalf of others, or other means.

Assembly and Start

(1) Morning Session

The official start time of the morning session is 10:30.

Participating families must arrive at the event site in advance according to the time specified in the *Participant Guide*, and complete check-in, identity verification, gear collection, pre-event warm-up, and assembly.

(2) Afternoon Session

The official start time of the afternoon session is 14:30.

Participating families must arrive at the event site in advance according to the time specified in the *Participant Guide*, and complete check-in, identity verification, gear collection, pre-event warm-up, and assembly.

(3) To avoid a large number of participating families entering the course at the same time within a short period, the Organizing Committee may further adopt zone-based and staggered starts within each session.

The specific start zones, batches, and time intervals shall be subject to the Organizing Committee's on-site arrangements.

(4) Participating families must enter their corresponding assembly zone and obey the unified command of on-site staff, and may not start early, start across zones, or enter the course in reverse without authorization.

(5) For participating families who are late or miss the start time of their session, the Organizing Committee does not guarantee arrangement of a supplementary start. Whether participation in subsequent batches or other sessions is allowed will be decided based on on-site event progress, crowd capacity, and safety conditions.

Bib Management

(1) Participants must correctly wear the bib as required by the event.

(2) The bib should be fixed in a clearly visible position on the front of the body, and key information may not be intentionally obscured, folded, or damaged during the event.

(3) The bib is limited to the registered person and corresponding family group, and may not be transferred or exchanged without authorization.

Child Safety and Guardianship Requirements

As this event includes a large number of minors, to ensure child safety, the following special provisions are made:

(1) Children must be supervised by the accompanying adult throughout the event site and event process.

(2) Parents or guardians may not leave children alone in:

- Assembly area;
- Course;
- Interactive area;
- Supply area;
- Stage area;
- Finish area;
- Other public activity areas.

(3) Parents should look after children according to on-site crowd conditions, avoiding children straying from the event route without authorization.

(4) If a child and guardian become separated, help should be immediately sought from nearby staff, security personnel, or the event service desk.

The Organizing Committee will assist in the search in accordance with the event's child missing emergency mechanism.

(5) For behavior that obviously violates event safety rules and may cause safety risks to the child or others, staff have the right to dissuade and require cessation of the relevant activity.

Colored Powder and Interactive Area Notes

This event features rainbow interactive experiences, and some areas may use event-specific colored powder, bubbles, and other interactive materials.

(1) Participants should participate in colored powder and related interactive activities according to staff instructions.

(2) It is recommended to correctly wear eye protection when participating in colored powder interactions.

(3) It is strictly prohibited to intentionally spray colored powder directly onto others':

- Eyes;
- Mouth;
- Nasal cavity;
- Close-range facial areas.

(4) Participants with severe respiratory disease, eye disease, skin sensitivity, or possible allergies to related materials should participate in relevant interactions cautiously based on their actual personal conditions.

(5) When children participate in relevant interactions, they should be accompanied by parents or guardians.

(6) If colored powder or other interactive materials accidentally enter the eyes, mouth, or nose, or cause obvious physical discomfort, the activity should be stopped and help promptly sought from on-site medical personnel.

Supply Services

The event will set up supply services at the start/finish and designated areas along the course.

Specific supply contents may include:

- Drinking water;
- Functional drinks;
- Fruit;
- Other basic supplies suitable for parent-child events.

Specific locations and supply contents shall be subject to on-site arrangements.

Participating families should reasonably hydrate and replenish energy based on their own physical conditions.

Medical Rescue

(1) The Organizing Committee will set up medical support forces at the start/finish, along the course, and in key activity areas.

(2) On site, the following will be equipped according to actual event needs:

- Professional medical personnel;
- First aid equipment;
- AED and other first aid facilities;
- Emergency ambulance vehicles;
- Other necessary medical support resources.

The final configuration shall be subject to the event safety support plan.

(3) Event staff, volunteers, and security personnel will assist in medical rescue, on-site order maintenance, and emergency handling.

(4) Participants who experience physical discomfort during the event should promptly stop the activity and seek help from staff.

(5) To protect the life and health safety of participants, staff, medical personnel, and safety personnel authorized by the Organizing Committee have the right to dissuade persons who obviously cannot continue to safely participate in the activity based on on-site conditions, and have the right to terminate their continued participation in the activity.

Event Insurance

(1)

The Organizing Committee plans to purchase personal accident insurance during the event for participants who meet registration requirements and successfully obtain participation eligibility.

The specific coverage, insurance amount, insurance liability, and exclusions shall be subject to the final insurance contract and insurance company regulations.

(2)

Insurance purchase will be based on the information submitted by registrants.

If problems caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or untrue information provided by registrants result in:

- Inability to insure;
- Insurance failure;
- Inability to make insurance claims;

the relevant consequences shall be borne by the registrant.

(3)

On-site medical services are mainly used for necessary emergency medical rescue during the event.

If participants need to go to a hospital for further treatment, subsequent medical expenses shall be handled in accordance with insurance terms and relevant legal provisions.

Event Order

All participants should comply with on-site management requirements.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

- Participating in the activity not along the prescribed route;
- Not obeying staff management;
- Entering closed or non-event areas without authorization;
- Intentionally pushing or colliding with other participants;
- Maliciously spraying colored powder or other items onto others' faces;
- Privately transferring or impersonating another person's participation eligibility;
- Damaging event facilities, public facilities, or the on-site environment;
- Other behavior that may affect event safety or normal conduct of the activity.

For participants who seriously affect event safety or order, the Organizing Committee has the right to cancel their continued participation eligibility without refunding the actual registration fee paid.

Environmental Protection

Participants should jointly maintain the environment of Senlan Greenland and the event area.

During the event, the following generated:

- Water bottles;
- Food packaging;
- Colored powder packaging;
- Disposable items;
- Other garbage;

should be placed in designated garbage collection areas and may not be discarded casually.

Participants may not intentionally damage lawns, trees, landscape facilities, or other public facilities.

Weather and Force Majeure

If the event cannot be held as originally planned due to the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Typhoon;
- Heavy rain;
- Lightning;
- Extreme high or low temperatures;
- Seriously abnormal air quality;
- Natural disasters;
- Public safety incidents;
- Requirements of government authorities;
- Other force majeure circumstances;

the Organizing Committee has the right to take necessary measures based on the actual situation, such as:

- Adjusting event time, adjusting the route, shortening the distance, suspending the event, postponing the event, or canceling the event.

Relevant adjustments will be promptly notified to participating families through official channels.

Ticketing handling methods after postponement or cancellation shall be implemented in accordance with the official rules published at that time.

Event Images

During the event, the Organizing Committee and authorized media, photography, and videography teams may conduct event photography, videography, and related content recording in public areas of the event.

The portraits and images of participants and minor children are authorized to be used by the Angelalign brand (including but not limited to Shanghai Angelalign Medical Device Co., Ltd. and its affiliates) for brand promotion, commercial communication, social media publication, and other matters, for a period of two years.

Relevant authorization involving minors shall be confirmed by their parents or legal guardians.

Personal Information Protection

Personal information collected during event registration shall only be used within the scope necessary to achieve the following event purposes:

- Participation eligibility review;
- Event organization;
- Event notifications;
- Identity verification;
- Insurance purchase;
- Safety assurance;
- Necessary event services.

When minors' personal information is involved, it shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the privacy policy published on the registration page.

The specific personal information processing method shall be subject to officially published legal documents such as the *Privacy Policy* and *Rules for the Protection of Minors' Personal Information*.

Other Matters

(1) Matters not covered in these Rules shall be separately notified by the 2026 Angelalign Rainbow Run Event Organizing Committee.

(2) The final event route, sessions, check-in times, assembly methods, gear collection, interaction rules, and other specific execution information shall be subject to the *Participant Guide* and official notices subsequently published by the Organizing Committee.

(3) If part of the content of these Rules is adjusted due to actual event arrangements, the Organizing Committee will update it through official channels.

(4) The right to interpret these Rules belongs to the 2026 Angelalign Rainbow Run Event Organizing Committee.
