Event details

All the world's a stage, so it's always wise to sharpen those stage skills. Where better than this full-day, week-long winter camp in January organized by the American Musical Theater Academy! Learning a bit of that musical theater pizzazz, attendees (ages 7-15) learn songs and routines from Disney musicals, such as 'Lion King', 'The Little Mermaid,' 'Newsies,' 'Beauty and The Beast,' 'Aladdin,' 'Peter Pan,' and 'Frozen.' The curriculum is broken into singing, dance, and stage performance skills, focusing on practical training. President of the AMTA, Kenneth Avery-Clark, will be coming to Shanghai along with his senior team of tutors. Teaching goes from 9.30am-4.30pm, and there are discounts for groups. The fee covers the course, teaching materials, lunch fees, and the AMTA musical winter camp certification.
