ALTER. welcomes you to our collaboration with one of the most well-known exhibitions worldwide - the iconic Teamlab Borderless Shanghai, an immersive exhibition with 50 artworks in 6,600 sqm across take you into another dimension. On July 17th, Teamlabs’s rooftop will now be the home of ALTER.

With a stacked lineup of three phenomenally talented DJs, expect a dangerous amount of energy and dance-floor heavy hitters. Elevator stalwart Empress CC! opens up the affair, followed by our very own Yu Yang and finally closing what will be a memorable occasion for all involved, B-Sides take us until close (with of course a typically epic X Bar afterparty at Donghu Lu to follow for those who can handle more unadulterated groove).

We cannot wait for this one - an opportunity to experience an iconic art exhibition with a classic ALTER. twist. We’ll see you there.

Empress CC!


Empress CC! released her first album under the Audio Fabrique label. In addition to being an in demand DJ in the scene, throwing parties and supporting acts like Hodge, Dorisburg, Wata Igarashi and Anna Haleta, she is also director of music school CTRL, devoting herself to the promotion, education, and expansion of Shanghai 's underground community.

B-side

Based on years of listening experience and album collection, B-side is interested in the integration of the future and the past. Switch freely in discotheque, classic house, garage, italo disco, acid and other styles to create kisses and Revelations on the dance floor.

Active in the domestic club scene, and spread rhythm in SHCR, CDCR, NTS radio. It is also rooted in the local scene of Hangzhou, hosting the monthly activities of G60 and sofa disko jam.

Yu Yang

teamLab Borderless is a museum without a map, a world made of 50 artworks in 6,600 sqm without boundaries created by art collective teamLab.

Artworks move out of rooms, communicate with other works, influence, and sometimes intermingle with each other with no boundaries. Visitors will immerse their bodies in borderless art in this vast, complex world.
