This exhibition is the world's first digital exhibition focusing on the Niya site, one of the greatest discoveries in Chinese archaeology in the 20th century, with more than a hundred key cultural relics on display, among which, the national treasure ‘Five Stars out of the Orient Brocade Armguard’ (a copy) is on display in Shanghai for the first time. The exhibition combines digital art, interactive theatre, film aesthetics, virtual reality technology, through the depth of the VR excavation of the history and culture of the ancient city of Jingjie, digital Niya site reconstruction allows the audience to return to the scene from the first perspective of archaeologists, through the disappearing sand oasis, to unveil the secret language of the national treasures buried in the sand sea for thousands of years, and to be present during the mystery of the site of the disappearing city of Jingjie in the home, life and fantasy story, which began! A seven-day archaeological journey to the ancient city of Jingjie.
