Where are my tickets?

Our record of delivering tickets within their specified window is good. It's very good. However, due to circumstances out of our control like traffic, bad weather, flash floods, alien invasions, meteor strikes or sinkholes, we can't guarantee we'll be right on time, 100% of the time. If we know your tickets are going to be a little late, we'll give you a call or email you. But if you're concerned about the whereabouts of your tickets, please feel free to contact us via livechat or email.

How else can I pay?

We take all types of online payment, including AliPay and WeChat Pay, plus international cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe.

If the event is cancelled, will I get a refund?

Of course! You will receive a full refund within one week of the event's cancellation. See our refund policy.

I've already bought tickets but now I can't go to the event, can I have a refund?

We're an agency, so we sell tickets on behalf of venues and event organisers, therefore we must adhere to their refund policies. Some event organisers may be more lenient than others but the vast majority do not offer refunds unless their event is cancelled.

If you're not sure how to get to the venue you can either go back to the event page and find the address there or contact our customer service staff.

I am planning an event/conference/group trip, can I sell tickets on your platform?

Sure, we don't have many advertising spaces as we hate websites that get cluttered with banner ads. However, we do have prime spaces and will work with advertisers that we think our customers will be interested in. Get in touch.

How do I actually buy a ticket, especially if I'm new to China or don't have a Chinese bank account?

Create a free account with your email or phone number, browse events by city, and check out with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or a card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay all work). No Chinese bank account needed — genuinely, that's the whole point.

Do I get an e-ticket, or a physical paper ticket?

Most events are e-tickets — sent straight to your account and email with a QR code, ready the moment you buy. A handful of events (and any merchandise) use paper tickets instead, delivered locally for a small fee depending on where you are.
