Located in the heart of the city, Calypso is a modern Mediterranean dining designed by the famous Architect Shigeru Ban, with tall glass panels that retract in the cooler months for an “Al fresco” dining experience.
For this Mediterranean Edition, take a journey through two vineyards, a French vineyard from the southern region called Mas de Daumas Gassac, also known as the “Grand cru of Languedoc” and an Italian Vineyard Cristo di Campobello from Sicily making explosives wines based on indigenous grapes varietals.
