The Russian stylish guy water dance drama "Show In the Rain" was created and put on the stage in 2009 by Rustam Nadyrshin, one of the top five Russian choreographers. The performance has been polished for many years, and the efforts of many experienced choreographers during this period also injected new inspiration and vitality into the performance. This dance drama, which is completely starred by tough guys, appropriately combines real rain scenes and dances, and presents them on the gorgeous theater stage. It is known as “The Pride of St. Petersburg", popular in Europe for 15 years, and also has been rated as “The Best Performance Project in Russia” for three consecutive years.

 

The story of “Show In the Rain" will explore the subtle relationships between people around feelings, experiences and love. The whole play takes the protagonist's monologue as the main line, showing the characters’ thinking and understanding of life through modern dance, street dance, classical dance and other dance forms, and interprets the process of an ordinary middle-aged person's longing for "happiness" from yearning to confusion and finally to understanding.

The romantic atmosphere and drama depth are the background of "Show In the Rain". The artistic explosive power and emotional tension are burst out through the support of special effects such as music and lighting. The humorous scenes add a touch of joy to the performance!

 

Undoubtedly, the best part of the performance is the actors themselves. WetMen is recognized as one of the most hardcore modern dance groups in Russia.
