As the final act ended and the countdown hit zero, a chilling truth emerged from the ruins: the five IDs never existed. Haicheng—its love, death, and chaos—was nothing but programmed code running on loop.

Audience Guidelines

1. Ticket Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Purchase only from official channels. Resale or unauthorized sales are prohibited—offenders will be denied entry.
Bare-Eye ticket holders may not switch to Headset version on the day of performance.

2. Age Restriction

Must be at least 12 years old. Those aged 12–16 must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Arrival & Latecomers

Runtime: 60 minutes. Please arrive 20 minutes early for check-in.
Latecomers exceeding 15 minutes will not be admitted.

4. Visual Adaptation & Device Use

Apple Vision Pro headset must be worn throughout.
Glasses cannot be worn with the headset. Contact lenses recommended.
Headsets and accessories are precision devices. Users are liable for any damage or loss caused by personal negligence.
In case of device malfunction, raise your hand immediately for on-site assistance. Claims not reported during the performance will not be addressed afterward.

5. Health Advisory

Not recommended for those with epilepsy, photosensitive epilepsy, heart disease, hypertension, pregnant women, persons aged 65+, or those with mobility impairments (due to intense visuals and dim environment).
