For the first time in years, The Pearl along with Shanghai’s Downtown Swing, is hosting a live music swing dance party Sunday, Dec. 26th.

Alec Haviik and the Jive Lizards will be blowing out the tunes to get everyone swinging. For newbies, you can come early at 6:30pm for introductory dance lessons from the professionals at Downtown Swing.

Doors and Kitchen open from 6pm so come early have one of our dinner specials to give you energy swing all night long.

Also, feel free to talk to Stan and Lucy the founders of Downtown Swing Shanghai who are full time Swing dancers and teachers. They focus on Swing dance including Lindy hop , Balboa, Solo Jazz and Shag and also they have won all kinds of swing dance awards and titles on Swing dance competition in China , Spain , Korea, Turkey and U.S.
