This course applies to healthy people between the ages of 4 and 60. Before participating in this course, please confirm that you are in good health and have no physical condition or mental illness that poses a threat to yourself or others.

The following persons are prohibited from participating:

• Persons with the symptom of acrophobia
• Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Persons who are suffering from certain health problems, for example, have back/spinal column issues, joint ailments, high blood pressure, or cardiovascular problems
• Pregnant women
• Persons with a weight above 80 kg
• Height under 1 m

The venue staff are all qualified with emergency rescue training. Should you feel any uncomfortable situation, please contact onsite staff.

Safety Instructions:

• All participants shall present his/her ID and sign on the Guideline and General Terms for safety management at the locker area. The paper shall be handed to our onsite staff while entering into the course.
• Please make sure you have taken care of your belongings. Please follow the instruction of onsite staff.
• Every player shall be equipped with a personal PPE consisting of harness, sling and CLiC-iT. Please apply under instruction and take good care of the PPE.
• There is a risk of getting bruises, splinters, and scrapes in all areas of the high ropes course when holding on to steel cables or wooden parts. Only use climbing elements or both arms of the CLiC-iT lanyard for holding.
• In case of fire or power-off, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting & audio system will be activated. Please follow the instruction of onsite staff to leave from the emergency exit.
• In case of inclement weather or other force majeure, the project would be closed without prior notice.
• Insurance is covered by each ticket.

Clothes Tips

• For participants of the climbing, the program shall not take any personal stuff such as bags or mobile phone into the project. Put them in lockers or ask family/friends to take care. Below is the dressing code for participation.
