• This program supports single or multi-person group experience, the number of people in the group experience is limited to a maximum of 4 people per group.
• The program is rotating. Due to the limited number of people that can be accommodated in the experience area at the same time, in order to avoid long waiting time, we recommend you to make a reservation at “博新全宇宙” Wechat before visiting.
• Visitors who have successfully made a reservation and arrive within the reservation time will be able to enter the “Reserved” channel. Visitors who have not made a reservation or who do not arrive within the reservation time will be able to wait in the “Unreserved” channel and ask the on-site staff about the waiting time. The latest entry time is 21:00 every day.
• The reservation time is the check-in time, not the start time of the experience. We will arrange entry in the order of arrival of each group of visitors, with a 5-minute interval between each group.
• This program is a large space immersive virtual reality exploration experience, under normal circumstances will not cause dizziness.
• This program requires wearing equipment, and the weight of the headset is 0.7kg.
• Children under the age of 6 are not admitted. This experience is recommended for children aged 8 years or above. children aged 6/8 years or above and under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian for the whole experience and must be assisted by the guardian throughout the whole experience.
• Pregnant women over 6 months are advised to purchase tickets with caution. For safety reasons, the organizer will provide wheelchairs for pregnant women.
• No photography or videography is allowed in the experience area.
