Dwayne Perkins, an import from New York City, moved to Boston in the summer of 1994. Dwayne quickly showed the Boston comedy scene that the weather wasn't the only hot thing in Boston. He was instantly touted as one of the best newcomers ever. In a market saturated with talented and funny entertainers, Dwayne has prevailed and shot to the head of his class. In the past year, Dwayne has been very busy in LA. He's played in 2 independent movies, "Barstow 2008" and "The Gristle". Dwayne performed at the 2001 Montreal Comedy Festival and done shows in Japan for the United States Armed forces. Dwayne has also appeared in commercials for American Express, Dominoes, Coors Light, Motorola and Fruit of the Loom.
