Daniele Defranchis is a guitar artist, concert performer, and composer from Milan, Italy. He has obtained diplomas from the Milan Conservatory of Music and the "Italian 19th-century style" classical guitar, and has won multiple national and international awards. He has also worked at the top music institution in the world, the Milan Conservatory of Music. Daniele Defranchis is committed to promoting the cultural and artistic exchange and influence of Italian classical guitar music worldwide. He has held concerts in countries such as Italy, Germany, France, Denmark, and China, and has participated in internationally renowned music festivals.
In his music, classical, ethnic, and modern elements from different cultures blend and collide to form a brand new sound. The guitar is performed with traditional and innovative techniques, and is recorded live using a Loop Station. The classical concert repertoire includes Baroque music, classical and modern music, film music, world music, and original music.
