Ticketing Policy Notice

This performance requires real-name ticket purchase and admission. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold. Upon entry, facial recognition will be used to verify the attendee's identity information against the pre-registered details (accepted ID types include: Second-generation ID Card, Foreign Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Residents, and Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card). If the information does not match, entry will be denied.

This performance is officially sold through authorized platforms including Damai, Maoyan, Piaoxingqiu, and Ctrip. No other unofficial ticketing platforms or companies have been authorized. In response to market demands, to promote fair trading practices, and to address refund requests from attendees unfamiliar with the ticketing and admission policies, and in accordance with the real-name ticketing system, we have established the following refund rules:

I. Refund Timelines:

1. During the presale period, customers may request a refund unconditionally within 48 hours of order generation and payment. (However, the ticketing management company will deduct transaction processing fees incurred during actual operations, amounting to 0.6% of the face value of the ticket.)
2. Up to 24 hours before the official ticket on-sale date (the exact on-sale date is subject to official confirmation), and during the ticketing platform's customer service working hours, customers may request a refund unconditionally. (However, the ticketing management company will deduct transaction processing fees incurred during actual operations, amounting to 0.6% of the face value of the ticket.)
3. From the official on-sale date until 48 hours before the ticket sales channel closes (i.e., before October 29, 2026, at 12:00), refunds requested during this period will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the ticket price. (Additionally, the ticketing platform will charge a transaction processing fee of 0.6% of the face value, bringing the total to 20.6%.)
4. Two days before the ticket sales channel closes (i.e., from October 29, 2026, at 12:00), refunds will no longer be accepted.
5. If a customer purchases a presale ticket deposit and the time remaining until the official ticket sale is less than 48 hours, the refund timeline will be determined based on the actual time available.

II. Transaction processing fees incurred by the ticketing management company during actual operations (i.e., 0.6% of the face value) shall be borne by the person requesting the refund.

III. If a customer needs a refund due to "force majeure" reasons, they will be eligible for a full refund (without the above restrictions) upon presenting the corresponding supporting documents.

IV. To prevent malicious ticket purchasing and refunding that may disrupt the normal operation of large-scale events, the same purchaser or same account, after one refund, will no longer have refund eligibility for subsequent purchases of the same event.

V. Policy on Duplicate Orders Across Multiple Platforms:

1. This performance uses real-name ticket purchase and admission with ID-based e-tickets. One ID document can only correspond to one ticket for this performance. Consumers are not permitted to use the same ID document to purchase tickets for this event repeatedly across different ticketing channels.
2. Based on the foregoing, please be aware, acknowledge, and agree that if you use the same ID document to purchase tickets for this performance on different ticketing platforms, and it results in a duplicate attendee between your order on this platform and an order on another platform, upon discovery by this platform, your ticket order for this performance on this platform will be cancelled. Any resulting cancellation fees, losses from being unable to attend, or other consequences shall be borne by the purchaser.

A detailed explanation of prohibited and restricted items that audience members are not allowed to bring into the venue is as follows:

1. Flags, flagpoles, and selfie sticks (including any extendable flags and flagpoles) are prohibited.
2. Banners and streamers are prohibited.
3. Light boards, light banners, and other fan support items are prohibited.
4. Laser pointers and projection equipment are prohibited.
5. Lighters are prohibited.
6. Cold pyrotechnics are prohibited.
7. Controlled knives are prohibited.
8. Firearms and ammunition are prohibited.
9. Flammable and explosive hazardous materials are prohibited.
10. Pets are prohibited.
11. High-alcohol beverages are prohibited.
12. Drones are prohibited.
13. Glass items, cans, food, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
14. Long-handled umbrellas are prohibited.
15. Inflatables (such as balloons, inflatable sticks, etc.) are prohibited.
16. Large luggage: suitcases exceeding 50cm x 36cm are prohibited. (No storage facilities available on-site.)
17. Professional photography and video equipment are prohibited.
