March 24-25: Let's go...Bungee Jumping!!! (2 day)

Let’s go get the ULTIMATE adrenaline rush!! This trip is all about conquering the highest bungee in East China, climbing up to a mysterious Buddhist monastery through ancient Ming Dynasty villages and a bamboo forest, a bonfire, and more!!!

We will be jumping off a platform surrounded by amazing panoramic views (100% safety record)…

The story behind this trip:

We just love to bungee. Our staff has been around the world, jumping from the Himalayas site in Nepal to the highest bungee in the world in Macau…So, we decided to bring the bungee experience to everyone. While scouting the area, we found some amazing tea plantations and a cool monastery to visit, and so, this awesome trip was born…

 

Dates: March 24-25 (Saturday morning to Sunday night)

 

Day 1 – Saturday - March 24

08:00 – Meet at Hongkou Stadium (Metro Lines 8 and 3) Exit 3, outside (follow the music)

12:00 – Picnic lunch (bring your favorite snacks)

13:00 – Bungeeee Tiiiimmeee!!! (There will be other fun activities while everyone jumps.)

13:30 – While we finish jumping, we can hit the roller coasters and other rides - free fall coaster, etc. (optional), or you can chill by a lake.

17:30 – Hop on the bus and head back to the hotel

18:30 – Local specialty dinner

20:00 – Bonfire party starts with great music and drinks!!

 

Day 2 – Sunday - March 25

8:30 – Simple Western breakfast

9:30 – Start out on our awesome hike through ancient villages bamboo forests and beautiful lakes to an ancient monastery at the top of the mountain

12:30 – Local specialty lunch

14:00 – Hop on the bus and relax on our way back

18:00 – Arrival in Shanghai

Accommodation:

Not included - 1 night - Clean double occupancy rooms for 179 RMB per person per night. These will be booked on a first come first served basis.  If you wish to room alone, the single occupancy fee is an extra 179 RMB per person per night. Please note that single occupancy availability may be limited. (If needed, we can help you find someone to share. Pairings in this case are distributed in order of request submission. If there is an uneven number of travelers, the extra single occupancy fee may apply.)

We do not go cheap on safety… We get the best equipment and the most experienced instructors for our trips.

 

*If you have severe myopia (eye condition), you may not be able to jump. Please let us know if you have severe eyesight problems.

2 day onsite transportation, indicated activities & equipment - 1 bungee jump, driver allowance, speakers, all meals as listed except for 1 picnic, theme park entrance tickets, trekking guides & temple visit, insurance, English and Chinese facilitator, pre-trip scouting and site research, taxes and charges, an experience of a lifetime, and looots of fun!

Accommodation, drinks, picnic on day 1, other personal expenses

 

What you need to bring:

PASSPORT, camera/GoPro, sunscreen, walking shoes,hat, toiletries, sunglasses, and your favorite food for our picnic

 

Note: If your passport is in the visa office for processing, please bring the slip of paper given to you by the authorities and a photocopy of your passport with you on the trip. This paper can be used for domestic travel instead of a passport.

 

Cancellation & Disclaimer:

If the traveler decides to cancel, s/he can get refund of the deposit (a small cancellation fee may apply) up to March 15 and no refund after that. Not departing from Shanghai?

If you are coming from another city, it is best to meet in Shanghai.  If not you can take a train to Ningbo and then a taxi.  Please contact us for more information.
