Against The Current is officially back, stronger than ever.
The band was formed in 2011, when lead vocalist Chrissy Costanza, guitarist Dan Gow, and drummer Will Ferri were all just 15 years old. From a teenage music project to one of the most resilient forces in modern rock today, they have grown every step of the way. In 2026, the band celebrates its 15th anniversary and is entering a brand-new era.
They will celebrate this milestone moment together with fans in mainland China. In January 2027, Against The Current will return to mainland China with the TILL DEATH & BACK TOUR to share memories and celebrate the milestone with fans.
About Against The Current
After the success of their 2021 EP *Fever*, the three-piece band chose to go independent and begin a new chapter. In 2024, they released three singles — "silent stranger," "blindfolded," and "good guy" — marking the start of this new chapter with unabashed energy and authenticity, accumulating over 40 million global streams. This momentum continued with "Heavenly," the first single from their new album, released on March 26, 2026. On May 22, they followed up with "Dead Man Walking," an explosive track that fully showcases Chrissy's vocal prowess.
For more than a decade, Against The Current has captivated audiences worldwide, from sold-out headline tours to major festival stages, earning an extremely loyal international fanbase. The band has also left a lasting impact in the gaming world, especially with *Legends Never Die*, created in collaboration with Riot Games, which has surpassed 1 billion global streams.
With new music on the way, an anniversary milestone approaching, and fresh momentum from "Heavenly" and "Dead Man Walking," Against The Current is entering its strongest era yet.
