As an important part of the race events for 2017 Le Tour de France Škoda China Criterium, the Criterium Ride will provide a track completely closed to public traffic and creating a real professional cycling race atmosphere, thus to have the amateurs experience for themselves what it is like to ride in the Tour de France.

 

 

 

Inheriting the legacy of Tour de France, 2017 Le Tour de France Škoda China Criterium Ride will allow amateur riders to explore the scenic route in Pudong riverside. In order to create a full experience of Tour de France, the 19.7KM route will be used exclusively for the race, with climbs and sprints to enjoy. Amateur cyclists are invited to start the human engine and take a challenge on the route.

 

 

Participants will have the chance to ride with professional Tour de France cyclists for the Criterium Ride, and compete with them. After the ride, participants are also invited to watch 2017 Le Tour de France Škoda China Criterium live, witnessing the top performance from world’s first-class professional cyclists. Ethan Ruan, the ambassador of 2017 Le Tour de France events in China, will also be present to promote the cycling culture.
